When you are looking for an apartment or villa for sale in Dubai we find a way to ease your stress and confusion in order to find you a house that’s as close to your dream home as possible.
1. We want to get to know you!
We will spend time learning about your needs, what kind of house you are looking for, your ideal location your preferred house style, etc.
Doing this early on will save time for both us of so we are not showing you the wrong homes.
To get a better sense of your needs, we will complete a questionnaire that has questions on your “must-haves,” “nice-to-haves” and even things you would like to avoid. This gives us both a clear road map to work with.
2. We will counsel you about the homebuying process
You may be inexperienced about certain aspects of the homebuying process.
To avoid confusion and to make your life easier we will go through every step of the transaction together.
3. We will answer any questions you may have
Purchasing a house for the first time is a huge step for most people. We expect you as our client to bombard us with tons of questions we are prepared to answer these!
4. We will talk you through the financials as well
We will discuss the types of mortgage loans available, mortgage pre-approval your budget and how much down payment and other costs are involved etc.
5. We are knowledgeable and know the area
Knowing the area and inventory is super important. We generally know every detail about every property we have on our books. Having this information at our fingertips will ensure you can make an informed decision.
